Privacy Policy of Nürnbergin Pölkkyveikot e. V. (NPV)

We point out explicitly that data transfer via the Internet (e.g. communication per e-mail) can be subject to security vulnerabilities. It is not possible to protect such data completely against access by third parties. A familiarity regarding the data protection regulations is only guaranteed under the above mentioned limitations. All information regarding third party data taken from the internet should only be taken insofar as the rights of the third party are not affected. Exception is if the third party has knowledge of the expected safety deficiencies and has given his respective consent. Liability of the site operator is excluded for the damages by these vulnerabilities or cease and desist claims. The use of all published contact details through third parties for sending advertisements not requested is hereby objected to. The operator of this site expressly reserves the right to legal steps in the event of the unsolicited sending of advertisements, possibly via spam emails.

With every access of a user to a page of our website and with every call-up of a file, access data on this process is stored in a log file on the server of the host. Each record consists depending on type of use of:

• the page from which the file was requested,
• the name of the file,
• the date and time of the request,
• the amount of data transferred,
• the access status (file transfer, file not found etc.),
• description of the type of web browser used,
• client IP address

We (NPV) do not have access to this data.

NPV does not use any analysis tools such as "Piwik" or "Google Analytics".

However, the host machine has the web analytics tool "The Webalizer". NPV can see there the web browser, the country as well as the website and the data center, via which the user came to our website.
Furthermore, statistics (number and data volume of accesses per hour, day and month) can be viewed. Traceability of a single user is not possible.

Normally the NPV does not use cookies. However, it cannot be ruled out that special cookies are used in order to guarantee a appropriate use by the users. Cookies are small text files that are temporarily stored on your hard disk. Most browsers accept cookies automatically. You can prevent the storage of cookies on your hard disk by selecting the option in your browser settings that you do not accept cookies.

So far, the NPV is not aware of any usage restrictions.

A new guestbook entry will save the IP address and, if applicable, the e-mail address, if specified. After taking note of a new guestbook entry, the IP address is deleted by the NPV and the e-mail address of the NPV is stored in a location that is not accessible from the outside.

We point out that NPV complies with the Federal Data Protection Act and according to § 28 BDSG performs the collection, processing and use of personal data exclusively for their own purposes and collects data only for the purpose for which they are used. NPV is committed to use the personal data collected only as a means of fulfilling its own statutory duties and for scientific purposes.

Users have the right to obtain information about the personal data stored about them free of charge upon request. Additionally, they have a right, subject to the provisions of law, to the correction, blocking, and deletion of these personal data.

Our web pages contain links to other websites. We have no influence on these service providers to observe the data protection regulations. We are responsible, as providers, that our content is in accordance with the appropriate regulations. We are, as providers of own content, responsible according to general law. Our own contents are to be distinguished from links to contents provided by other suppliers. We take no responsibility for external content made available for use through especially marked links and do not claim the contents of these websites as our own. For illegal, incorrect or incomplete contents as well as for damage resulting from the use or non-use of the information, the provider of the website, which was referred to, is liable. NPV is only responsible for third-party information if they have positive knowledge of them, that is also of any illegal or punishable content, and it is technically possible and reasonable to prevent their use.
